Dr. Salahudeen has completed his Bachelors in Medicine & Surgery from the Karnataka University followed by Diploma in Chest Medicine (DIC) and Masters in Chest Medicine from the prestigious Imperial College UK (Royal Brampton Hospital Campus) London.
Dr. Salahudeen has vast experience of over 30 years in the field of Pulmonology. He started his medical career working at Apollo Hospital, Chennai followed by working at MOH hospitals in Dubai (Kuwaiti and Baraha Hospital). Dr. Salahudeen joined in one of the biggest tertiary level hospitals, Rashid Hospital, Dubai as Specialist Intensivist dealing with all intensive care patients.
Dr Salahudeen has worked for Zayed Military Hospital Abu Dhabi as Specialist Pulmonologist for five years dealing with all medical and pulmonology conditions of the military personnel and their immediate family members. He took care of all the pulmonary hypertension cases at Zayed Military Hospital. Prior to that he was working at one of the premier healthcare at Dubai as Pulmonologist dealing with all the pulmonary and chest related cases and was in charge of all the Covid patients admitted in the ward and intensive care.
Dr Salahudeen has actively participates in the Emirates Respiratory Society, European Respiratory Society and Royal Society of Medicine.
