Dr. Sameh completed his Doctor of Medicine and a 1-year internship at Lviv State Medical Institute, Ukraine (1987 – 1993). He also completed his postgraduate specialization in Pediatrics at the same institute (1993 – 1998).
Dr. Sameh received certificates of completion of BLS & ACLS from the American Heart Association 2009), and the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the American International Health Alliance at Lviv Regional NRP Training Center (1998).
Dr. Sameh also completed his training at the Division of Neonatology of Lviv Regional Clinic Hospital, Ukraine, and Advanced Intensive Review: Asthma & COPD Management, theoretical and practical training at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Sameh owned a private clinic in Burj El Brajneh (1998 – 2002), and worked closely with Dr. Siblini in managing babies with complex congenital heart disease in Beirut, Lebanon (1999 – 2001). He worked as a Paediatrician in the Palestinian Red Crescent Society at Haifa Hospital in Lebanon (1998 – 2001), in the National Medical Center, and in Aala Paediatric Clinic in Dubai, UAE (2003 – 2004).
Dr. Sameh has also had clinical attachments in October 2002, February 2004, and July 2005 in Al Corniche Hospital at the Neonatology Unit in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He was a Specialized Paediatrician / Neonatologist at Um Al Quwain Hospital before joining Al Zahra Hospital Sharjah.
