My wife Hemalee Patel was operated for Urethral cyst on 15 Jan 2022 by Dr. Dinesh Vaidya. She was discharged on 16 Jan 2022. Yesterday we visited Doctor again to show her as she was getting pain and was quite uneasiness. To my shock when doctor inspected her yesterday at 8.45pm he located a piece of cloth in her uterus. It was left during surgery and not removed, the piece of cloth was relatively big in size which probably was main reason for causing her uneasiness. I'm concerned more now that this piece of cloth which was soaked with blood remain in her uterus for around 3 1/2 days since surgery. This could have been dangerous and cause infection. I'm not sure how to express my concern and anger but it's a serious matter. Need you to investigate this matter and ensure no such instance occurred in future.
